My husband and I just had a baby, and were working with catching up are truck payments. They took our truck at 3am. We were 2 months behind, and due to pay off in 5 months. We had to pay the passed due, late fees and towing, which they towed 350 miles from my house. So about 1700$ wired to
americredit. Then they told us what company towed the truck, but this company is ran by the most stupid rednecks ive ever talked to. They didnt have the release from
Americredit, then they did, then they were busy, call back to get directions, one thing after another,
frickin runaround. We were driving around with 4 kids including my 3 months old "waiting" for these aholes to give us the address of where our vehicle is parked. Then the towing company said we had to make an
appt to pick up the car. We were already in Ft Myers, (where they towed the car) they gave us an
appt for 5 pm, it was now 1pm so we hung around at the park for hours waiting for the tow truck co to call us back and give us the address, they never called back, I called at 5:05pm, they told me that they were doing us a favor by making an
appt for 5 and they wernt able to keep the
appt, so to call back in the am to make a new
appt. Oh no problem, right, just drive home (350 miles) then call in the morning to make a new
appt! I was crying, couldnt beleave there is such insensitive *** in this world, but I know why they keep there address a secret, cause they would get a serous *** kickin if we could find them. I thought I was going to have a stroke. I could go on and on, this was the worst day ever. Anyways we got the truck back w scratches that the company denies, and we had to pay an additional 180$ CASH "only" for parking. The fat *** redneck didnt have a
reciept to give me, so he wrote it on plan paper.It was parked in a secluded area, no lighting, so when we got to the gas station I seen the scratches. I cant get the
insurance info from the tow truck company, they just hang up the phone on me, and
americredit states they dont have access to the tow truck companys
insurance info, liers! Needless to say I havent got the truck fixed and its just about payed off. I would Never recomend this company!!!!!!!! I feel my blood pressure rising just writing this. If you use this company and live in Florida, I feel for ya!!! Good luck to all

Americredit and their employes are rude and have no training need better customer service skills including management every time I've called the manager Stephine and Tracy are in a meeting or out to lunch.
I need to work for them. You don't need to woory about what you say to customers and the longest damm lunch ever.
