Americredit has been taking all of my payment as interest.I sill owe the same amount after two years:
this company needs to be stopped: is what there doing legal. I still have 50 payment at 500 a pop. Still do not think this will pay off my LOan. I've never seen a company that can rip off consumer and get away with it. make me part of any
class action law suits.
Americredit is robing many home of there finances. PLEASE STOP THEM NOW: At this rate I will never pay this loan off. The terms are very unreasonable and illegal for comumers. The auto dealerships do not explain the true terms of this company. please stop them now. IT NOT FAIR:

Okay here is the jist of it. The law is designed to take from the weak and give to the rich. It has been that way since the beginning of time. Here is what you need to know. If they take your car repo it and move it out they will sell it for what ever they can get for it and you will still owe the finance company the difference that is still owed on the car. It will take 7 years from settlement of sale and documentation of said money in to finance company for the debt to come off of your credit report. credit cards however deminish and disappear within 4 years. so I say come and take my $7000 dollar car at time of purchase that I still owe $9000 on I will buy a $500 car and drive it for several years. its what I did before americredit I can do this again.

well rm is correct, but the response could have been more civil. You always pay the interest off first. As time goes on , you pay less interest and more principal until eventually, all you are paying is principal. It's the same with any kind of loan. The interest is high because you have bad credit. It's simple math.

well dumbas* first off you should have better credit and second anybody knows you pay for the interest for the first year or two on any loan!!!....get a life as*hole
