I've had a loan for 4 years now. Never any trouble. Pleasant Customer Service the few times I've called them. I do think that their $5.00 charge for Western Union payments is a bit much, but that aside, I have NO bad things to say about them.

Their web site is easy to navigate and understand. All your account information is readily available for your review. Can't be any easier than that to manage your own affairs.

Can't address the complaints on this site, but I suppose anything is possible. For me, AmeriCredit has been good.

I have had a loan through them for almost three years and havent had any complaints. I even fell behind for a couple of months and they worked with me by deferring a payment to get me caught back up. I cant say I like being almost twice as much for my car (after interest) than what it is worth, but I am the one who screwed my credit in the first place! :)

You won't see too many of these, especially from the ones who are months behind and going backwards. 

 

Americredit is one of the Ameri"Ripoffs" :p but they are not as bad as some of the others. Not a complaint, just an observation. 

 

Good job and congrat's for being able to hold up your end of things. 

 

I've had my "issues", but I can't really blame Americredit. However, their $5.00 fee for making payments through their Website keeps me going through billpay (free for me). :grin
