The repossession agent illegally; entered the secured locked closed garage in my apartment community without my permission in seizing my car.
Americredit sold my vehicle at a Private Sale. Proceeds of the sale did satisfy the balance of my account and a credit exists. Americredit forward a customer refund check to my attention.
I believe Americredit and the repossession company should be required to pay a penalty to compensate me for illegally seizing my car.

People who take out sub prime loans often pay for their vehicles twice. There is nothing nice about getting raped twice. Once for accepting a sub prime loan and second for attempting to pay a balloon car note every month. These people a destined for failure. |

It's not like we all want to not pay and expect to keep our car. But when it comes to putting a roof over our head or paying 3x as much for a car, because people like me and happy fall on hard times, the choice is clear. That roof is more important. Congrats happy and good luck. I'm fighting to get my car back as we speak. $400+ bux to tow my car 2 miles to the agent's "secured lot". And right before a holiday, so I couldn't do anything the next day if I wanted too. |
