Americredit repossed our vehicle without any prior notice. We took pride in paying our vehicle off & when informed interest charges were due, we agreed to pay the balance even though it was different from our calculations.

We were advised our vehicle could not be repossed, because, technically all payments were made. However, they threatened to destroy our credit by reporting to the credit bureau every 30 days.

Unfortunately, because of financial difficulties we were unable to pay the balance agreed. After making 72 payments for 6 years it was humiliating to have our vehicle repossed without any consideration to us.
