First let me start by saying that I agree with all the posts on this company. They have done everything and then some to me. I think we should all boycott Americredit now and in the future. If I fall on hardship again I will let them come and get my truck and then proceed to file bankrupchy on it. I think we should post things like this on all our message boards and other things about companies like this to avoid. BOYCOTT!!! and why do they call themselves americredit? They aren't any americans working for them?...nuff said

Educated sounds just like an employee from Americredit. First of all, I am Educated, probably alot more than you. Second, I spend every day on the street looking for a job. My wife is thankfully employed and we make ends meet but, but judgmental, naive bastards like you should walk a mile in someone elses shoes before casting down your divine wisdom. Yes Americredit is a company I signed an agreement with in good faith. Just like millions of others who did the same. Some of us have had some tough breaks and are actually trying to make things right. The eight to ten calls a day are extreme and so is Educated's attitude.

Why should a company give you any breaks because of "hardship"? You might want to go over your contract, because I don't think hardship is written into your loan. You signed promising to pay on a specific date and a certain amount. They gave you the loan in good faith that you would abide by the contract. If you abide by the contract, you would never here from AmeriCredit or other collectors until you paid your loan off. Filing for bankruptcy? That is what all professional debtors say trying to find an "easy" way out. You should be thinking, "I should find a part-time job to get caught up on my bills". Get educated ... and a job.
